Pay Range - $37 - $41/hr

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support multiple healthcare and epidemiology research projects simultaneously.

• Attend regular project, team, and stakeholder meetings.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize programs using R, Python, and SQL.

• Extract, clean, transform, and validate healthcare research data.

• Build and maintain datasets for epidemiology and public health research studies.

• Perform data programming and analysis to support research objectives.

• Document programming methods, data processes, and analytical results.

• Present findings and communicate technical results to researchers and project teams.

• Collaborate with epidemiologists, biostatisticians, researchers, and other cross-functional team members.

• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of research data and programming deliverables.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL.

• Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Public Health (MPH), Epidemiology, or a related quantitative field.

• Experience supporting healthcare and/or epidemiology research.

• 5+ years of experience as a Research Programmer, Programmer Analyst, Data Consultant, Health Data Scientist, or in a similar role.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
