They are opening a new facility in Spring 2026, focusing on residents with psychological conditions and care needs, and are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join their team.

The Role

• Develop and implement therapeutic programs and interventions for residents with psychological, motor, and cognitive impairments.
• Collaborate closely with care management to design individual and group activities that enhance residents' quality of life.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
• Contribute to enhancing the overall well-being and independence of the residents.
• Support residents in engaging with activities that promote self-care and daily living skills.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Occupational Therapist.
• A genuine passion for working with individuals requiring care.
• Strong empathy, professionalism, and a sense of responsibility.
• Ability to motivate and support individuals in their daily activities.
• Experience in developing and implementing therapeutic plans.
