What you'll do:
Meet in person with business owners and professionals
Present insurance and employee benefit solutions
Walk clients through the enrollment process and handle ongoing account management
Control your own daily calendar of appointments and follow-ups
Take part in daily coaching, strategy meetings, and leadership development
Who thrives here:
Previous warehouse leads, shift supervisors, restaurant captains, or assistant managers
Coachable, dependable individuals eager to build a professional skill set
Self-driven people comfortable with performance-based compensation
Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
