Job Description

Role : SAP WFS Test Lead.
Country – Canada
Mode – REMOTE

An SAP Workforce Software (WFS) Test Lead manages testing strategies, plans, and execution for workforce management implementations within SAP landscapes.
Key Requirement
•    Minimum 10+ years of experience
•    Design and implement testing plans across WFS modules like Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and scheduling.
•    Validate data flow and integration points between WFS and core SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or Payroll.
•    Lead testing teams, mentor testers, track defects, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
•    Align test scenarios with business objectives and report testing progress to project managers
