Detailed Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ETL Testing Lead to lead end-to-end QA activities for ETL testing initiatives in a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ETL testing, manual testing, integration testing, and test planning. This role requires hands-on QA leadership, excellent stakeholder communication, and mandatory banking domain experience.

Key Responsibilities

·         Own end-to-end QA activities from project intake through UAT readiness.

·         Develop comprehensive test plans aligned with ETL testing requirements.

·         Execute end-to-end integration testing across multiple source and target systems.

·         Perform regression testing based on impact analysis.

·         Track and report test execution status, defects, risks, and quality metrics.

·         Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and UAT partners.
