Job description

Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with manufacturing clients in Darien, Delavan, Lake Geneva, WI is seeking qualified Machine Operators to join their team.

Long-Term Temp to Hire Opportunities

1st shift: 5am- 3:30pm Monday- Thursday with OT on Friday or 6:30am- 3:00pm Mon-Fri.

2nd shift: 3:30pm-2:00pm Monday-Thursday with OT on Friday or 3:30pm-12am Mon- Fri.

Wage: $18.65-$22.00 per hour depending on shift

  • Operate machine in a safe manner to efficiently mold product
  • Demold and charge molds within set machine time parameters
  • Mold maintenance and mold inspection
  • Assist mold technician with mold changes as necessary
  • De-flashing molded products – requires use of knives and hand scrapers
  • Perform some secondary finishing on molded products
  • Ensure product cleanliness before progressing to next phase of manufacturing
  • Provide material for machine operator
