About the role:

Are you a senior commercial executive ready to drive growth and innovation in the rapidly evolving digital health sector? As our Head of Commercial - Digital Health, you will operate at senior level of strategic influence, driving growth, innovation, and transformation across B2C, B2B, and B2G markets.

As a key member of the Digital Health Leadership Team, you will:

  • Develop and execute a multi-year commercial growth strategy aligned with our business objectives
  • Own and deliver revenue and EBT targets across new and existing businessLead complex enterprise sales, business development, and strategic partnerships
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high performing commercial team (BDMs, Account Managers, Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales Support)
  • Champion a customer first mindset and translate market insights into actionable strategies for product, marketing, and operations
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What you'll bring:

  • 10-15+ years' experience in senior commercial leadership roles within health, ideally at GM or executive level
  • Proven track record of developing and growing new business in complex healthcare environments
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high performing teams
  • Executive presence and confidence operating within health organisations, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and convert relationships into successful partnerships
  • Strategic commercial thinker with strong execution skills, financial literacy, and disciplined revenue management
  • Experience working at the intersection of commercial and clinical objectives
  • Degree in Health Administration or a relevant Business Degree (postgraduate qualifications in business, digital, or health related disciplines are desirable)
