Role Summary

As an Amazon Connect Support Engineer, the ideal candidate will act as a software detective, identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. They will collaborate with teams to ensure the seamless operation of essential applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Act independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Amazon Connect.
• Participate actively in team discussions to provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery.
• Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions effectively.
• Analyze system performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical challenges.
• Engage in problem-solving activities to ensure high-quality support.
• Maintain a strong understanding of cloud-based communication systems.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based communication systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues in software applications.
• Experience with system monitoring tools and performance analysis.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional cloud services.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
