Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CyberArk PCloud SME with strong hands-on expertise in implementing and operationalizing CyberArk Privileged Cloud (PCloud) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the deployment, configuration, and rollout of CyberArk PCloud, establish governance policies and operational procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to deliver a secure privileged access management (PAM) solution within a two-month implementation timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of CyberArk Privileged Cloud (PCloud).
• Configure and manage Credential Vault and Privileged Session Management (PSM).
• Implement and maintain privileged access security policies and procedures.
• Configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Just-in-Time (JIT) privileged access.
• Develop and operationalize CyberArk PAM processes, standards, and governance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to integrate CyberArk into the enterprise environment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CyberArk-related issues during deployment and post-implementation.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Cloud (PCloud).
• Experience configuring and administering:
• Credential Vault
• Privileged Session Management (PSM)
• Access Control
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Just-in-Time (JIT) Access
• Experience developing CyberArk operational policies and procedures.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise clients.
• Ability to deliver and operationalize CyberArk solutions within aggressive timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs.
• CyberArk certifications are a plus.
• Experience integrating CyberArk with enterprise identity and security solutions.
