Job Title: System Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX, Arlington, TX, Raleigh, NC, Durham, NC

Required Skills & Qualifications

•10+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst delivering software solutions in complex enterprise environments

•Prior experience in debit/credit card, payments, or financial services domains strongly preferred; familiarity with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or similar regulatory frameworks is a plus

•Demonstrated success researching, analyzing, and producing high-quality documentation, user stories, and specifications for moderate to highly complex software systems

•Advanced proficiency with SQL and hands-on experience investigating issues using logging and observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace, Kibana)

•Strong working knowledge of RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, relational database schemas, and modern SQL management tools

•Familiarity with mainframe platforms, batch programs, and job scheduling is highly desirable

•Proven experience operating in Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery environments

•Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-decomposition skills

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline (Master''s a plus)

•Deep domain expertise in Financial Services, ideally within cards, payments, or wealth

•Meticulous attention to detail with a genuine passion for accuracy, clarity, and the elimination of ambiguity

•Outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messaging from engineers to executives
