Job Summary
We are seeking a Node.js Developer to build and support AWS serverless applications powering an enterprise Amazon Connect contact center platform. The role focuses on developing AWS Lambda functions, integrating Amazon Connect with Amazon Lex, CRM platforms, REST APIs, and backend services, while delivering secure, scalable, and intelligent IVR and self-service solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Node.js, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and cloud-native application development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Node.js applications on AWS Lambda.
- Build serverless IVR and self-service solutions using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
- Develop reusable Lambda services for authentication, routing, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven applications.
- Integrate contact center applications with CRM systems and enterprise services.
- Implement secure coding practices and cloud security controls.
- Participate in CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize serverless applications.
- Create technical documentation and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and business teams throughout the SDLC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of Node.js development experience.
- 2+ years of AWS development experience.
- Strong AWS Lambda expertise.
- Experience with Amazon Connect and/or Amazon Lex.
- REST API and Microservices experience.
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
- Understanding of secure software development practices.
