The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick and confident solutions for a variety of vehicle issues, from flat batteries to complex fault-finding.
• Engage with customers, offering reassurance and outstanding service during stressful situations.
• Start and finish your shift from your own driveway, with an average of 40 hours per week.
• Benefit from a variety of tasks and challenges with no two jobs being the same.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
