Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead / Lead Developer - Agentic AI to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will lead a team of 4-5 developers while actively contributing to architecture, coding, and implementation of production-grade AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has real-world experience building and deploying Agentic AI and LLM-based applications, strong software engineering fundamentals, and expertise across the complete AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC). This is not a DevOps or Data Science role we need a developer who has successfully implemented AI solutions in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI developers while remaining hands-on with development.
• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade LLM and multi-agent AI applications.
• Build scalable AI services using Python (FastAPI/Flask).
• Develop and integrate AI APIs, webhooks, and backend services.
• Design AI architectures and ensure high-quality, scalable implementations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
• Optimize AI application performance, monitoring, and production deployments.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical leadership activities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Proven experience leading development teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Extensive experience implementing Agentic AI, LLMs, and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Experience designing and deploying production AI applications.
• Strong understanding of the complete AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC).
• Experience building AI APIs, integrations, and webhook-based services.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for AI application integration.
• Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and production deployments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI application deployment and monitoring.
• Experience with Postman for API testing.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-driven business intelligence or recommendation platforms.
• Experience working with distributed Agile teams.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
