Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Implementation Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP HANA implementation and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HANA architecture, implementation methodologies, project governance, stakeholder management, and large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards while managing cross-functional SAP teams, business stakeholders, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
Required Qualifications
  • 20+ years of overall SAP experience, including at least 10 years in project, program, or delivery management roles.
  • Strong experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Proven experience leading full-cycle SAP implementations from project initiation through go-live.
  • Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate.
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional SAP teams across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP functional and technical landscapes, including integration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning, budget management, resource management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with C-level executives and business leadership.
  • Strong experience working with system integrators, vendors, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
