About the Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development & Client Engagement Executive to accelerate business growth, build lasting client relationships, and deliver strategic digital marketing solutions. If you enjoy networking, consultative selling, and closing deals, this role is for you.


What You'll Do

• Generate qualified leads through referrals, LinkedIn, networking, outbound outreach, and digital channels.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution pitches.

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle-from lead generation to deal closure.

• Recommend tailored digital marketing solutions aligned with client goals.

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.

• Drive client retention through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.

• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Business Development, Client Servicing, or Agency Sales experience.

• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Analytics, and Content Marketing.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

• Experience with CRM platforms, sales reporting and proposals creation

Nice to have

• Experience managing healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, or local business clients.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools, marketing automation
