PeopleSoft Administrator

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to manage, maintain, and support enterprise PeopleSoft environments across Development, Test, and Production. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, PSADMIN, Tuxedo, WebLogic, Process Scheduler, PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM, DPK, Unix/Linux, Oracle, and production support. Strong experience on Healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and support PeopleSoft environments.
• Administer Application Server, Web Server, Process Scheduler, Integration Gateway, and Search Framework.
• Perform PeopleTools upgrades, PUM image maintenance, patching, and DPK deployments.
• Manage environment refreshes, cloning, migrations, and configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot performance, batch processing, application/server, and production issues.
• Support PeopleSoft security, user provisioning, roles, permission lists, LDAP/SSO, and audits.
• Perform Oracle/SQL performance tuning and Unix/Linux administration.
• Develop shell scripts and automate administrative tasks using cron or enterprise schedulers.
• Support L2/L3 production incidents, disaster recovery, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of PeopleSoft Administration experience
• Strong PeopleTools and PSADMIN experience
• Tuxedo/Application Server and WebLogic
• Process Scheduler and Integration Gateway
• PeopleTools upgrades, PUM, Change Assistant, DPK, and patching
• Data Mover and Application Designer
• Unix/Linux and KSH/Bash scripting
• Oracle and SQL
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting
• PeopleSoft security administration
• L2/L3 production support
