Job Description

Title: Lead Data Engineer
Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL - 4 days onsite
Type: 6 month contract to hire


Notes
seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer to lead the design and delivery of next-generation Customer 360, Identity Graph, and AI-ready data platform initiatives
Lead development of Customer 360 capabilities by integrating data across hospitality, gaming, digital, loyalty, and customer service platforms.
Design and build high-scale batch and streaming data pipelines.
Develop domain-oriented data products that support machine learning and AI initiatives.
Establish data engineering standards, architectural patterns, and best practices.

10+ years of Data Engineering experience.
3+ years in a Lead, Principal, or Architect-level capacity.
Extensive experience building modern cloud-based data platforms.
Demonstrated success building greenfield data initiatives from concept through production.
Strong expertise in: Snowflake, Databricks, Data Lakehouse Architectures, Streaming Technologies, Domain-Driven Design, Data Product Development
Experience designing and implementing: Customer 360 platforms, Identity Resolution solutions, Customer Identity Graphs, Recommendation data architectures
Pluses:
Experience with: Real-time customer personalization, Recommendation platforms, Customer analytics ecosystems, Feature store design, and ML data preparation frameworks
Exposure to AI agent initiatives and semantic data architectures.
