Head of Children's Orthopaedics Centre (Chief Physician) | Traunstein, Germany | On-site

We are seeking a visionary leader for a renowned international specialist clinic, recognized for its exceptional expertise in pediatric medicine, particularly in treating and rehabilitating children with neurological and orthopedic conditions. The Role

  • Medical, organizational, and strategic overall responsibility for the Children's Orthopaedics Centre, focusing on establishing and advancing the operative specialization.
  • Perform specialized surgical treatments for congenital and acquired musculoskeletal disorders in children and adolescents (spine, extremities, neuromuscular diseases).
  • Develop an integrated treatment concept encompassing acute care, surgery, and rehabilitation.
  • Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing interdisciplinary team.
  • Foster close collaboration with Neurosurgery, Neuropediatrics, Pediatric Rehabilitation, Anesthesiology, Intensive Care, and Radiology.
  • Represent the Centre both internally and externally to referring physicians, professional societies, and network partners.
