Intermediate Full Stack Engineer Full Stack AI-Powered Development

Overview

Full Stack Developer position focused on leveraging AI coding tools to build smarter, faster, and better software. You will contribute across the entire stack, from database to UI, and work with cutting-edge AI tools in a collaborative engineering environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy features across the full stack using modern best practices and AI-powered development tools.
• Contribute to PHP/Symfony backend services and help build out an Angular NX monorepo with NgRx state management.
• Explore and integrate AI coding assistants into the workflow to accelerate development, improve code quality, and solve problems faster.
• Participate in code reviews and work within an Agile team to drive real improvements.
• Debug complex issues, optimize performance, and tackle technical debt using a mix of traditional expertise and AI-assisted approaches.
• Contribute ideas for better processes or tools, share knowledge with the team, and continuously evolve your craft.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of software development experience (or a strong demonstrable portfolio) with a focus on building scalable web applications.
• Experience in backend development and OOP principles (PHP/Symfony stack preferred, but expertise in any major server-side language is valued).
• Experience in frontend development (Angular, NX, NgRx; experience with other modern frameworks like React is welcome).
• Practical experience with relational databases and the ability to write and optimize efficient queries.
• Hands-on experience with testing practices (Unit testing, TDD) and a commitment to maintainable, high-quality code.
• Comfortable working with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments to support high-quality software delivery.
• A proactive, self-driven approach with clear communication and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Experience using AI-powered tools (code assistants, automated testing) to improve productivity, with an understanding of their benefits and limitations.
