What You'll Be Doing

1. Build relationships with some of the most exciting companies in tech, fintech, and finance
2. Identify, interview, and place exceptional talent in high-impact roles
3. Develop deep knowledge of fast-growing markets such as quant trading, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, and more
4. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and take real ownership of your work
5. Work towards clear goals with the mentorship of experienced, high-performing consultants
