Senior QA Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Analyst to join the team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on testing expertise, a broad technical breadth, a solid understanding of Agile delivery, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases across multiple projects and platforms.<br />Liaise with senior business representatives to plan, coordinate, and facilitate testing, including User Acceptance Testing<br />Perform API testing using Postman, including validation of request/response structures and data integrity.<br />Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend proceses and perform data verification.<br />Collaborate closely with Developers, BAs, and Product Owners in an Agile environment, to ensure high-quality deliverables.<br />Log, track, prioritise, and manage defects using industry-standard ALM tools (e.g., Jira; Azure DevOps).<br />Act as the cross-functional Team's primary liaison for quality, interfacing with 3rd-party, vendor and client/business representatives as required.

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.<br />Undertake and contribute to test planning, risk assessments, and estimation activities.<br />Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.<br />Leverage test automation experience and knowledge of coding languages (e.g., Java/Typescript/C#) to create and maintain automated tests using common libraries (e.g., Selenium/Playwright).

Essential - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience<br />ISTQB Foundation<br />Desirable - Additional course or certification in Quality Assurance
