Special Needs Caregiver WEEKLY PAY

Join Exhava Home Care as a caregiver for clients with special needs. We’re looking for compassionate professionals to provide structured and nurturing support for individuals with special needs and developmental disabilities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living tasks and routines 

• Provide behavioral and emotional support 

• Engage clients in therapeutic or recreational activities 

• Support communication and social interaction 

• Monitor health and document progress 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• ABA training or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in developmental disabilities or human services is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Respectful of individual differences and dignity 
• Experience with autism is a plus.

• 1-2 years’ experience is required. 
• Negative TB test results or chest X-ray documentation in compliance with state regulations. 
• Legal to work in the U.S. 
• Active California Home Care Aide registration. 

• $20–$25/hr – Weekly Pay 
• Mileage Reimbursement for work-related travel during your scheduled shifts
