 Role: Solution Architect – AI Infrastructure & Enterprise Platforms

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

We are looking for a Highly experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Enterprise AI, GenAI, Cloud Architecture, and Infrastructure Modernization. Responsible for designing scalable AI-driven platforms, Agentic AI solutions, RAG-based knowledge systems, and enterprise governance frameworks. Leads the development of AI agents for FinOps, CloudOps, Patching, Upgrades, and Knowledge Management while driving AWS and VMware modernization initiatives. Strong background in AWS, Kubernetes, Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI), enterprise integrations, cloud transformation, security, and AI governance. Proven ability to deliver intelligent, automated infrastructure solutions that improve operational efficiency, optimize costs, and accelerate digital transformation.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years designing enterprise AI/ML solutions.
• 5+ years of cloud architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience leading large-scale cloud transformation or VMware migration programs.
• Experience implementing enterprise GenAI platforms and Agentic AI solutions.
• Proven experience architecting RAG-based enterprise knowledge systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional Certification.
• Azure AI Engineer or Azure Solutions Architect Certification.
• Kubernetes Certifications (CKA/CKAD).
• TOGAF Certification.
• FinOps Practitioner Certification.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience building enterprise AI Centers of Excellence.
