Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to be based across 8 sites in Southwest & West London. The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer who has a good all-round engineering understanding and is from a Mechanical or Multi-trade background.

In return the company are offering a salary of £44,500, Van & fuel card, 25 days holiday and an annual performance related bonus!

Hours of Work & Package Info

Key duties & Responsibilities

·Carry out all aspects of M&E & Fabric maintenance

·Plumbing

·Carpentry

·Painting and Decorating

·Flooring

·Changing Locks

·Hanging Doors

·Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

·Emergency lighting tests

·Control Panels

·Changing Ballast

·BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

·AHUs & FCUs – Cleaning & Filter Changes

·Air conditioning - Service / maintenance

·Maintain and update Logbooks

Requirements

·Mechanical, Electrical or Trade qualifications - City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2&3

·18th Edition (Desired)
