📢 Hiring: HR Scrum Master / Business Analyst – Power BI

📍 Location: New Brunswick, NJ — 3 days/week onsite

Looking for a Scrum Master with strong, hands-on Business Analyst experience. Experience with Power BI or other BI platforms, dashboards, KPIs, and data analytics is essential.

✅ Required Skills:

• Scrum Master experience supporting a Power BI or BI development team.

• Strong BA experience in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.

• Experience defining KPIs and metrics, validating reporting data, and performing data reconciliation.

• Experience coordinating UAT, managing defects, and obtaining stakeholder sign-off.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sprint ceremonies for the Power BI development team.

• Partner with the Technical Product Owner (TPO) to refine the backlog and write user stories.

• Gather reporting requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into clear specifications for developers.

• Validate metrics against Visier/HR Data Products and resolve data discrepancies.

• Coordinate UAT, track defects, and secure stakeholder sign-off.

⭐ Preferred:

• Experience working in or with HR teams, particularly HR reporting or people analytics.

• Visier experience is a strong plus.
