Graduate Management Trainee
Quick Overview
Job Description
About Us
Relay Direct is one of the UK’s fast-growing face-to-face sales and marketing companies, representing major brands through customer-focused B2B, B2C and event campaigns. We are looking for a Graduate Management Trainee who wants to develop leadership skills through real responsibility, practical experience and measurable performance.
Our programme starts with the commercial foundations of the business. You will learn how to engage customers, represent a client, contribute to campaign targets and review your own performance. Once those standards are demonstrated consistently, your development can expand into coaching, planning and team support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns
- Complete structured training in sales, customer acquisition and campaign delivery
- Learn how performance targets, campaign results and customer feedback are monitored
- Build practical experience in lead generation, customer engagement and sales
- Take on additional responsibilities as agreed performance standards are achieved
- Support and mentor new team members as your experience develops
- Progress towards coordinating campaign activity and taking on team leadership responsibilities
What we’re looking for
- A graduate or career starter with clear leadership potential
- Coachability, self-awareness and a strong work ethic
- Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues
- Realistic about learning the role from entry level before progressing
Training and development
- Structured training in customer acquisition, communication and campaign operations
- Insight into how goals are set, monitored and reviewed
- Opportunities to observe and practise coaching as your experience develops
- A transparent, merit-based route towards leadership and management responsibility
What success looks like
This opportunity is best suited to someone who wants to earn responsibility through results. We look for professional communication, accountability, emotional intelligence and the ability to support team standards—not simply a management qualification or degree title.
What Relay Direct offers
- Structured training, regular workshops and one-to-one coaching
- Merit-based progression into leadership and campaign responsibility
- Recognition, team activities and travel opportunities for strong performers
- Performance-based earnings | Weekly Pay
