Technical Recruiter - Software Engineering

Promotive is hiring a Technical Recruiter to help modernize how companies build engineering teams. In this remote-first role, you'll run full-cycle recruiting for software engineers using Promotive's data-driven marketplace. Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define roles, craft search strategies, and optimize funnel performance. You'll leverage analytics, experimentation, and tight feedback loops with product to improve matching, workflows, and candidate experience in a high-ownership, collaborative culture focused on measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting projects for software engineering roles on Promotive's platform
• Partner with clients to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring plans
• Leverage Promotive's data-driven tools to source, match, and engage high-quality engineering talent
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: outreach, screening, interviews, feedback, and offers
• Analyze funnel metrics to improve conversion rates, time-to-fill, and candidate quality
• Collaborate with product and data teams to improve matching algorithms and workflows
• Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market trends and recruiting best practices
• Drive experiments and A/B tests to optimize candidate engagement and outreach
• Maintain accurate, organized pipelines and reporting across multiple searches
• Contribute to a remote-first, transparent, outcome-focused culture
