Job Title: Fusion Cloud P2P Functional Analyst
Location: San Francisco, CA (SFO) – 3 days onsite, remaining days hybrid

Job Description:

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Analyst with hands-on experience in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), reporting, dashboards, and functional configuration. The ideal candidate will support business operations by developing reports, analyzing data, gathering business requirements, and optimizing Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Oracle Fusion OTBI reporting functionality.

  • Configure, develop, and customize reports and dashboards based on business requirements.

  • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

  • Support users with Oracle Fusion OTBI functionality, troubleshooting, and reporting-related issues.

  • Provide training and guidance to end users on reporting capabilities and best practices.

  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and recommend improvements to reporting performance and usability.

  • Support workflow and approval configuration, including BPM/reporting setup, as required.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud OTBI.

  • Experience developing and customizing OTBI reports and dashboards.

  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities and functional configuration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and identify discrepancies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Experience gathering requirements and providing end-user support.

Work Arrangement:

  • 3 days onsite in San Francisco, CA, and the remaining days hybrid.
