About the Role

Support Customer Growth and Marketing Transformation initiatives by enabling AI-driven customer segmentation, campaign orchestration and first-party data activation.

Key Responsibilities

Design customer segmentation using GrowthLoop.

Build and manage audiences for personalized campaigns.

Configure customer journeys and activation workflows.

Integrate with Snowflake, CDPs, CRM and marketing platforms.

Develop SQL-based audience logic and insights.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Analytics teams.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting.

Support production releases and platform enhancements.
