Key Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP Portfolio & Project Management (PPM)
Qualifications
  1. Experience supporting SAP PPM/PS environments
  2. Configuration of Portfolio Items, Initiatives, Buckets, and Classification Hierarchies
  3. Financial & Capacity Planning, Project Profiles, and Investment Profiles
  4. Settlement Profiles and Settlement Strategies
  5. Experience preparing Functional Specifications and managing WRICEF objects
  6. Knowledge of SAP enhancements (BADIs, BAPIs, User Exits)
  7. Strong stakeholder management and business engagement skills
Nice to Have
  • SAP FI, MM, and PM integration experience
  • SAP S/4HANA exposure
  • ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar ticketing tools
  • Change and Release Management experience
Responsibilities
  • Provide support and enhancement services for SAP PPM/PS
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and problem management activities
  • Gather business requirements and deliver SAP solutions
  • Coordinate with technical teams on developments and integrations
  • Support month-end and year-end business processes
  • Drive continuous improvements and maintain documentation
