In this role, you'll:- You will develop and execute comprehensive Salesforce test strategies, plans, and automation to ensure reliable, compliant, and high quality solutions.
- You will perform functional, regression, and automated testing across configurations, Flows, UIs, portals, and integrations using CI/CD pipelines.
- You will lead UAT, produce clear QA and governance artefacts, and incorporate stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- You will enforce security, data integrity, and quality standards while collaborating with delivery teams to resolve defects and uplift testing efficiency.
- You bring advanced capability in testing methodologies, quality assurance, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines across the delivery lifecycle.
- Your skill includes technically testing Salesforce flows, validation rules, integrations, and portals from development through release.
- You communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of quality, risks, and outcomes.
- You demonstrate recognised Salesforce expertise, supported by Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
