Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise Salesforce architecture, development, and integrations and a proven ability to deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Data Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Customize, enhance, and integrate Salesforce.com applications.


• Design and implement solutions leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.


• Develop integrations with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.


• Create technical design documents, wireframes, and UI prototypes.


• Apply Salesforce design patterns and object-oriented programming practices.


• Build technology solutions that align with business and technical requirements.


• Manage technical scope and set client expectations.


• Work within Agile development methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of IT experience with strong Salesforce development expertise, including Data Cloud implementation or POCs.


• Experience with Sales Cloud and familiarity with Financial Services Cloud.


• Hands-on with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, JavaScript, and Apex APIs.


• Knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript libraries, including Node.js.


• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations and enterprise system connectivity.


• Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and conceptual familiarity with Agentforce. Agentforce and prompt experience preferred.


• Ability to review, develop, and explain code to technical and business stakeholders.


• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.


• Senior-level Salesforce development experience.


• Financial Services Cloud exposure.


• Experience with React or other JavaScript frameworks.


• Experience with Twilio APIs or Functions.

Additional Details:

• Start date: ASAP. Interview process includes at least two rounds. Glider ID verification required.
