Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant  

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.15 to support enterprise procurement initiatives focused on Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, and Contracts. The ideal candidate will combine functional business knowledge with technical expertise to analyze business requirements, recommend Oracle EBS solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.15 in a techno-functional role.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, and Oracle Contracts modules.

• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and solution support.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document functional and technical requirements.

• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable Oracle EBS solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Translate business requirements into functional designs and collaborate with technical teams on solution implementation.

• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, solution design documents, process flows, and mapping documents.

• Support system configuration, enhancements, implementations, and production support activities.

• Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, QA teams, and business users throughout project delivery.

• Participate in system testing, UAT, defect resolution, validation, and deployment support.

• Analyze issues, troubleshoot application behavior, and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiency.

• Provide techno-functional guidance during implementation, enhancement, and application support engagements.

• Demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive solution-oriented discussions and deliver high-quality business outcomes.
