Salesforce Administrator/Platform Owner

Stellarmann is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Platform Owner, who will be a hands-on Salesforce professional (technical/functional) and will take ownership of a small salesforce environment, supporting users, managing enhancements, and driving continuous improvement across the platform

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Manage users, security, permissions, Flows and platform configuration
• Gather requirements and deliver enhancements
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support
• Manage releases, deployments and third-party suppliers on large development
• Create reports, dashboards and platform documentation

Essential Skills

• Strong Salesforce Administration experience
• Sales Cloud/Experience Cloud expertise
• Salesforce Flow/Automation experience
• User, security, permissions management, reports and dashboard development
• Stakeholder management, requirements gathering, experience managing releases and deployments
• PSA experience
• Experience owning a salesforce platform or roadmap - Desirable
