Longer term, the role will evolve into a broader software engineering position, contributing to system architecture, tooling, and product development. What you’ll be doing

  • Take ownership of existing DevOps/infrastructure setup (CI/CD, cloud, deployment pipelines)
  • Improve reliability, scalability, and developer workflows
  • Work closely with engineers to support builds, tooling, and system integration
  • Contribute to software development, tooling, and architecture over time
  • Help shape best practices across engineering and platform What we’re looking for We are specifically interested in engineers who combine coding ability with DevOps experience. You should have:
  • Strong programming experience (C/C++, Python, or similar)
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, or Kubernetes
  • Solid understanding of systems, tooling, and build environments
  • Ability and willingness to be hands-on with infrastructure in the short term
  • Interest in moving towards a broader software / systems engineering role Nice to have (not essential)
  • Experience with embedded systems, hardware, or real-world engineering environments
  • Knowledge of Linux systems and low-level debugging
  • Experience building internal tools or developer platforms What we’re not looking for
  • Pure DevOps / platform engineers with little or no coding background
  • Candidates focused only on cloud operations or infrastructure support Why join
  • Opportunity to move beyond DevOps into a broader engineering role
  • Work on complex, real-world systems
  • Small, highly technical team with real ownership and impact
  • Long-term growth into architecture and system design If you’re a software engineer who enjoys infrastructure, or a DevOps engineer with a strong coding background looking to broaden your scope, we’d be keen to hear from you
