Job Summary (List Format) – Salesforce Developer (Covington, KY – Onsite)

  • 12-month contract onsite at Fidelity Investments, Covington, KY (5 days/week; non-locals must relocate from day one)
  • Requires 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in hands-on Salesforce development

  • Design, build, and enhance scalable Salesforce.com solutions for customer service and healthcare products within an Agile team

  • Collaborate with architects, analysts, engineers, and business partners to deliver robust solutions

  • Contribute to technical architecture, development standards, code reviews, documentation, and release management

  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce low-code (Flows) and pro-code (Apex, Lightning Web Components/LWC) development

  • Must hold Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications

  • Strong communication, technical design, problem-solving, and Agile team collaboration skills required

  • Experience working with HIPAA compliance, PHI, or healthcare-related applications is strongly preferred
