blue yonder Network Engineer Subject Matter Expert

Our client, a global logistics and supply chain organization, is looking for a BY Network (formerly One Network) Subject Matter Expert to support an upcoming customer deployment within a 4PL environment.

The ideal candidate will bring deep product knowledge of the BY Network platform and be able to guide project teams and customers through implementation, deployment, and adoption activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a BY Network / One Network Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Provide guidance on platform functionality, workflows, and best practices
• Support customer implementations from discovery through go-live
• Participate in workshops, solution discussions, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities
• Advise customers on how business processes should be configured and supported within the platform
• Collaborate with business users, implementation teams, architects, and technical resources
• Support training and enablement activities for customer teams

Required Experience

• Hands-on experience with BY Network / One Network
• Strong understanding of platform functionality and business workflows
• Previous implementation experience on the solution
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into platform processes
• Ability to support customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Experience working directly with business and operational stakeholders

• Platform configuration experience

• Understanding of high-level solution architecture
• Technical troubleshooting experience

Ideal Candidate

The client is looking for someone who:

• Knows the BY Network platform inside and out
• Can explain how the solution works from a functional perspective
• Understands business workflows and real-world use cases
• Has participated in multiple implementations
• Can act as a trusted advisor for both customers and project teams

Important

The client is not primarily looking for a Project Manager or Scrum Master.

While project delivery experience is valuable, the focus of this role is on deep platform knowledge, implementation experience, and subject matter expertise on BY Network / One Network.
