job summary:

As a business owner, you'll run operations, collect data insights, and solve business problems for US and International Seller Wallet and Capital products. Additional scope may entail identifying opportunities for product, operational, and servicing improvements. You'll be part of a team delivering best-in-class services

responsibilities:

What you'll do:

• Data-Driven Decisions: Use seller feedback and analytics to build/ improve products and servicing operations
• Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs, lead business reviews, and identify drivers to ensure product success
• Operations: Perform seller wallet operations including onboarding, offboarding, and seller-facing business functions
• Strategic Analysis: Identify growth & improvement opportunities through market, seller, and data insights
• Problem Solving: Independently define and solve ambiguous, complex business problems
