The Role • Manage and develop a team of Membership Advisors to achieve sales targets and uphold service standards. • Recruit, interview, and hire new team members in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team. • Ensure optimal staff scheduling to maximize productivity and member engagement. • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance management to enhance sales and customer service skills. • Drive financial performance by monitoring key performance indicators and implementing action plans to close gaps. • Uphold quality standards in member interactions, club tours, and membership presentations.
