The Role

• Lead and mentor a team of Membership Advisors to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional member experiences.
• Drive personal and team success through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
• Implement and oversee sales strategies to meet and exceed membership goals and financial objectives.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards in member engagement, club tours, and sales presentations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with management and department heads to strategize and communicate operational needs and successes.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the fitness or service industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for developing talent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
