The Role

• Define and execute AI strategy for Lead to Cash processes, including product roadmaps and budget allocation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment for AI implementation opportunities across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Oversee the development of AI-powered tools to address pain points and deliver measurable gains in quoting, contracting, order management, and billing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities for revenue cycle acceleration.
• Establish KPIs to measure AI adoption and demonstrate business value through data and ROI.
• Foster relationships with AI vendors and technology partners to integrate cutting-edge capabilities.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 8 years in product management, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products.
• Proven experience piloting or implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments, demonstrating improved productivity and efficiency.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application to sales and revenue operations use cases.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end Lead to Cash processes and associated technologies (CRM, CPQ, CLM, ERP).
• Expertise in enterprise AI platforms, cloud-based AI services, and emerging AI technologies.
• Experience with AI product lifecycle management, governance, and ethical AI implementation.
